1850

Here the passion was born: the family opened the first artisan wood workshop.

1919

“Gelosa was Luigi”: the family officially opens its business in the world of furniture.

1950

The new generation focuses attention on a new world: design.

1962

The first exhibition space opens in Lissone, focusing on new housing solutions.

1972

The headquarters move to the center of the town, Via Matteotti 84, which is still the heart of the business today.

1985

Offers and services are expanded: the interior architecture studio is born.

2000

The exhibition space is growing up to its current size.

2012

The design part is becoming increasingly important, even at an international level.

2015

Partnership with Arrital: the showroom opens in Via Gioia in Milan.

2018

Italian style is also increasingly in demand abroad: the showroom opens in Shanghai.

2021

It's Switzerland's turn: a new operational headquarters is also opening in Zurich.

2024

The Arrital Showroom moves to the center of Milan and Gelosa changes its skin: Gelosa.studio is born.
